Who Are We?

The Robinson Roots Family Reunion, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of family members who are direct descendants of Frederick and Louvenia Robinson. Both Frederick and Louvenia Robinson were born in the area known as McMillan in Marion County, South Carolina in the early 1800s. Records show both were buried in the Cains (Hyman) area in Florence County, South Carolina, the principle home location for the Robinson Roots Family Reunion.

The purpose of the Robinson Roots Family Reunion is to reunite family members, along with our friends, on an annual basis to give thanks for our lives and faith, to celebrate our achievements and accomplishments, to support the growth and development of our Youth, to enhance our family unity, and to increase awareness of our heritage and diversities.
